Serves
2 servings (8 ounces of pasta)

Ingredients
4 Tb butter
1/2 C Heavy Cream
6 Tb Parmesan Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Melt butter on low. Take off heat and add in cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Replace the pan and stir until the sauce is smooth, without letting it come to a boil. Toss noodles and sauce.



Serves
4 servings (12 ounces of pasta)

Ingredients
1/2 C Margarine or Butter
1 C Cream
1-1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Dash white pepper
Romano cheese to taste

Directions
Heat cream and butter until melted. Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper. Combine noodles and sauce.

6 servings (1 pound of pasta)

Ingredients
1/2 C Unsalted butter
1/2 C Creme Fraiche (diluted) or cream
1 C Parmesan
1 Pinch of Nutmeg
1 Pinch of fresh parsely
1 Pinch of pepper

Directions
Melt butter in pan and then add Creme Fraiche and Parmesan. Once cheese is melted, add in other ingredients. Serve immediately.
